The parish welcomes parishioners to use our facilities. As good stewards, it is important that we take care of and maintain facilities. Here are a few helpful tips for parishioner volunteers and ministries to remember:
Scheduling facility use - All scheduling can be coordinated through the pastor except for Klein Hall which may be reserved by Heather Tokarz or Father Paul. Access to facilities that should require a key can only be given by the pastor or administrator. Please see key authorization form below.
Cleaning - It is important that all persons clean up following an event. This includes removing decorations used for the occasion, and placing any remaining food in Klein Hall's refrigerator or freezer. A good method for measuring cleanliness is to leave the facility in better condition than it was found. Please also remember:
- take all trash to the dumpster upon leaving
- make sure all lights are off upon leaving (this includes the restrooms)
- launder and return used linens (tablecloths, towels, etc...) to their location within two days
- anything that is broken or damaged should be replaced or repaired
Furniture and utilities - All furniture that is moved should be returned to its original place. Thermostats should not be adjusted.
